1. Legally Binding Agreement
By signing a contract with Fresh Can Elite Power Washing, you are entering into a legally binding agreement for services to be completed at an agreed-upon price. In the event that this contract is broken, any deposits paid will be forfeited as damages.
2. Product Warranties
All warranties are limited to those provided by the manufacturers of products used. Fresh Can Elite Power Washing does not provide additional warranties beyond this. Any concerns regarding our work must be reported to us immediately.
3. Water Usage
By signing this agreement, you authorize Fresh Can Elite Power Washing to use your on-site water supply as needed to complete the project without compensation. If an external water supply is required, additional charges will apply. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the water supply is accessible and in working order prior to our arrival. Additional charges may be assessed if water is not available.
4. Media Release
By signing this agreement, you grant Fresh Can Elite Power Washing permission to use photos, videos, descriptions, reviews, and testimonials of the property and/or client for marketing and advertising purposes without compensation. These materials may be used in print, online, and on social media. The client agrees not to pursue legal action regarding the development, display, or reproduction of such media.
5. Color and Tone Variations
Wood and other surfaces may react differently due to age, weather, and material characteristics, which can affect the final appearance. Variances in color and tone are normal and expected. Fresh Can Elite Power Washing will do its best to represent expected results, but an exact match cannot be guaranteed.
6. Safety and Courtesy
While Fresh Can Elite Power Washing is performing work, the client is responsible for keeping children, pets, and other individuals away from the work area. Children and pets must be kept off treated surfaces for at least 6 hours after completion for safety.
7. Payments
Payments are due as outlined in the service contract and may be made by cash, check, credit card, or other approved payment methods. Final payment is due upon job completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments are subject to additional charges. The client agrees to cover any costs associated with collection of overdue balances.
8. Scheduling
Service schedules may be affected by weather and other unforeseen circumstances. Fresh Can Elite Power Washing will make every effort to minimize delays and will notify clients of any changes to project start or completion dates.
9. Removal of Personal Property
Clients are responsible for removing grills, furniture, planters, and any other items from the work area prior to service. If Fresh Can Elite Power Washing staff must remove items, the company is not responsible for damage, breakage, or storage issues. Additional charges may apply for time and labor.
10. Liability Waiver
Fresh Can Elite Power Washing is not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage to surfaces, structures, or property.
Loose mortar, paint, siding, caulking, or wood that may come loose during washing.
Water intrusion through doors, windows, siding, or roofing due to pre-existing vulnerabilities.
Damage resulting from failure to properly maintain property surfaces prior to service.
Any injury or incident caused by failure to follow post-service safety instructions.
By signing this agreement, the client acknowledges these risks and releases Fresh Can Elite Power Washing from liability for damages outside of negligence on the part of the company.
